Symptoms include: anorexia, high fever, intoxication, swellings that pit on pressure. There may be crepitation (crackling noise when you touch it) and dark red fluid may ooze from original wound site.Treatment
High doses or penicillin or broad-spectrum antibiotics may help.Prevention
