"Winter dysentery". Watery brown to black feces may contain mucous and blood. This disease is very rare in young goats. More common in adult cattle.Back to Neonatal diarrheaTreatment
Most antibiotics are ineffective. Since the disease can be passed to human, you should consult your veterinarian if you suspect this disease. Because of the rarity of this disease in goats you should probably rethink the diagnosis.
